Get Moving

Therefore, you should spare at least thirty minutes daily to engage in physical activities. Stop Smoking

Individuals who smoke are at a greater risk of developing diabetes. When you smoke, the cigarette compounds heighten insulin resistance, reducing the body’s capacity to control blood sugar levels. Eat Right

Your food choice is another thing to consider when minimizing the susceptibility to diabetes. Unhealthy meals, such as highly processed meals, can increase the chances of inflammation within the pancreas, which spike insulin levels.
